Nancy Ramírez serves as Executive Vice President and Operations Manager at Grupo Cibeles. In her dual role, she oversees all back-office operations, including processing new accounts, coordinating distributions and deposits, maintaining account records, supporting compliance efforts, and managing account transfers. Nancy is responsible for reviewing and preparing trade blotters to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
Nancy also leads vendor relationship management and system enhancements, serving as a key liaison for internal teams and external business partners across brokerage service functions. She is responsible for onboarding new representatives to the firm, ensuring that all registration, technology, and operational requirements are completed smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to her operational leadership, Nancy plays an integral role in the firm’s corporate retirement plan business. She assists in onboarding new 401(k) plans and participants, and provides ongoing training to employees on effectively utilizing their retirement plan’s technology platform. Nancy also directly supports plan sponsors, ensuring a seamless experience in implementing and maintaining their retirement benefits programs.
A graduate of MIT with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nancy brings a strong academic and analytical foundation to her work. She remains actively engaged in her community as the local Girl Scout troop leader. Previously, she served for two years on the Board of Directors of Caribbean School and continues to advocate for education and successful college transitions.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys fitness—particularly yoga and running—and is an avid reader.
